What does it really mean for most people? It means not being able to fix the problems as they arise. It means that you have to call in a specialist, someone that knows what they are doing. You can not be your own mechanic in this world, the technology has changed too much.
Look around at what you see and use everyday. You may be amazed at the amount of technology that is really there, that you often take no notice of it anymore. Some where along the way one thing because replaced with another thing, and another still, and we stopped noticing. Now if something breaks we have no idea what to do besides take it to someone who speaks the right language to get the job done.
